Soleno is run by Shahid Hasan and Tabassum Naima Ema. Shahid leads design, engineering, and AI integration. Ema runs studio operations, project delivery, and the client experience end-to-end.
We started Soleno because the gap between what founders ask for and what agencies actually ship had become embarrassing. Long timelines, layers of project managers, designs that don't survive engineering, code that doesn't survive launch. We knew the same product could be designed, built, and shipped by a small focused team — in a fraction of the time, at a higher bar.
